Reservations
The apartment capacity is limited to 11 people (or 10 adults + 2 children, subject to confirmation).
The reservation is only guaranteed after the amount due has been successfully collected.
If you choose to pay online (via credit card), you will be charged on 100% of the amount of your stay (non-refundable).
You can also choose to pay via bank transfer. If your stay starts in less than 30 days, you will need to transfer 100% of the amount (non-refundable). If your stay starts in more than 30 days, you can choose to transfer only 50% of the amount (non-refundable), with the remaining 50% due up to 30 days before check-in. The transfer must be made to our IBAN, provided at the time of booking.
After confirming your booking, we will send you a short booking form by email, which you must fill out with your guests' details (including children). Please note that this is a legal requirement.
Only after receiving this information, and up to 24 hours before check-in, will we provide the relevant information for your stay, including the unique access code to the accommodation.
The minimum stay is of two nights, and bookings must be made, at least, one day in advance.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Parties are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests must comply with the general noise law in force in Portugal.
Stays
Check-in time is from 5:00 PM and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. If you do not check out by this time, you will be charged an extra fee equivalent to the daily rate applicable on that day.
Please be respectful of our accommodation and ensure you leave it in the same condition as you found it.
Please leave all windows/doors closed, make sure the apartment front door is locked and the garage door is closed.
The pellet stove must be turned off when checking out. Indicative pellet consumption is of 2 bags per day during Winter (more than enough to heat the room at maximum power). Consumption above this limit may be considered excessive and will be charged as an extra (cost of €12/bag).
Please note that although we provide high-speed internet and cable TV, we cannot be held responsible for any service outages from the operator. Please note that our accommodation is located at an altitude of 1,570 metres, in a mountain village, and although rarely, some restrictions may occur, especially in adverse weather conditions (e.g. road access, power outages, other service restrictions), which are beyond the control of the host (although we will make every effort to resolve any situation that may arise in this regard, in particular by contacting the relevant authorities).
